Our comprehensive wellness consultation includes your first workout.
This one hour appointment is your opportunity to learn about our 20 minute strength training workout and to try a session to understand how this training can strengthen your body while protecting you from injury and saving you time.
During your consultation, one of our expert instructors will go over your health history, learn about you and your goals, and explain how to get the most out of this method of training.
We will then properly fit you into our MedX machines (specialized equipment for slow-cadence strength training), teach you the technique, and coach you through your very first workout!
You’ll leave the studio with a clear understanding of why this training is so effective and how the method will work for you.
While there is no obligation to continue training with us (we encourage you to go home and see how you feel before booking another workout), this appointment provides the foundation for future 30 minute sessions with us.
