During your consultation, one of our expert instructors will go over your health history, learn about you and your goals, and explain how to get the most out of this method of training.
We will then properly fit you into our MedX machines (specialized equipment for slow-cadence strength training), teach you the technique, and coach you through your very first workout!
You'll leave the studio with a clear understanding of why this training is so effective and how the method will work for you.
This appointment provides the foundation for future 30 minute sessions with us.
